Legislative Video Feed Service
OTS has made arrangements with the Louisiana Legislature to provide a cable video feed of legislative sessions and committee meetings from the State Capitol to state offices. The service includes basic Cablevision channels 2-69, and the legislative channels 70-92. At this time, the service is available through Cox Cable to Capitol Park offices and selected other buildings outside of the Capitol Park Complex only.
As an alternative to this service, agencies may access the Louisiana House and Louisiana Senate live stream from the legislature’s website at https://www.legis.la.gov/legis/video.aspx.

Billing Rates
Once authorization is granted by OTS and the approved Legislative Video Feed Order Form (OTS-19a) is returned to the agency from OTS, it will be the responsibility of the agency to prepare a purchase order for the service, to be billed directly by Cox Business Services to the agency, at the following rates:
- $30 per month
- $138 one-time installation charge per drop
The subscription service is on a fiscal year basis and is in place for a minimum of one year, or 12 months. For partial fiscal year purchase orders, it will be the responsibility of the agency to issue a purchase order for the remainder of the fiscal year, minimally for the balance of the 12-month period. However, the state's funding-out clause will apply beyond a fiscal year boundary, regardless of the minimum one-year requirement.
How to Order
Authorization to purchase the service must be granted by OTS. The agency requests authorization by submitting a Legislative Video Feed Order Form (OTS-19a) to OTS. Submission of a Legislative Video Feed Order Form (OTS-19a), signed by the department secretary, undersecretary or equivalent, is required for each legislative feed drop location. The signed form can be scanned and emailed to OTS.
Once authorization is granted by OTS, OTS will return the approved Legislative Video Feed Order Form (OTS-19a) to the agency and will inform Cox of the approval. The agency will then prepare a purchase order for the service to order directly from, and be billed directly by, Cox Business Services.
