Communication Office Overview
Since its creation in 2014, OTS' scope has expanded beyond its legislative specifications, especially with its creation of an Information Security unit tasked with protecting networks, devices, programs and data from attack, damage or unauthorized access. In 2020, OTS added another unit: the OTS Communication Office.
Our Mission
The Communication Office's purpose is to streamline communications efforts, both internal and external, in keeping with OTS’ Mission of establishing competitive, cost-effective technology systems and services while acting as the sole centralized customer for the acquisition, billing and record keeping of those technology services. Simply put, the OTS Communications Section’s mission is to meet all communication needs for OTS’ employees, clients, customers and its affiliates.
