Telecommunications Information Notice 25-03 Change to Payee Name for Check Payments for Telecommunications Services

The Office of Technology Services would like to make customers aware of a change that affects payment procedures for some agencies. A new Network Communication Service division has been established within OTS. NCS is responsible for many services previously handled under the Office of Telecommunications Management or OTM designation.

Agencies currently remitting payments by check to the Office of Telecommunications Management are asked to remit future payment to the Office of Technology Services. Updated remittance information is noted on the agency’s OTS Network Communication Services invoice, formerly known as the OTM Bill. Agencies using LaGov will continue to make payments in the usual manner.
