Telecommunications Information Notice 24-07: Billing Correction for Data Dial Tone/Enterprise Device Network Access

The Office of Technology Services would like to make customers aware of a billing correction that impacts former Data Dial Tone customers. Effective July 1, 2024, Enterprise Device Network Access service replaced Data Dial Tone service. During the transition, some customers were mistakenly billed for both services. The issue has been corrected and agencies that were billed for Data Dial Tone on their July invoice will receive appropriate credits.
