Telecommunications Information Notice 24-05 Enterprise Device Network Access

The Office of Technology Services has created a new line of service to provide wired and wireless local area network connectivity at all OTS-managed user sites. The Enterprise Device Network Access service will replace Managed LAN and Data Dialtone network services. For customers who are entirely supported by OTS, EDNA will also include shared Internet access through the OTS data centers; those customers will no longer be billed for INET service.
EDNA service is automatically enabled at every user location managed by OTS for both consolidated and non-consolidated customers. The $12 monthly fee will be applied to each workstation and printer managed by OTS End User Computing as well as to any other endpoint devices discovered on the network. The service will begin billing effective July 1, 2024.
