Telecommunications Information Notice 20-02 Clarification re: Support Procedures for AT&T Conferencing with Zoom

Zoom Conferencing Service is part of the AT&T conferencing contract. This service can only be ordered directly from AT&T via your AT&T specific account team representative. Agency staff should follow proper procedures for obtaining services. Information can be found in the Office of Technology Services Network Services Catalog of Services.
