Telecommunications Information Notice 17-01 Polycom Video Conferencing Equipment

There are two contracts in place for Polycom video conferencing equipment. A Polycom Brand Name Telecom Products contract has recently been awarded as a result of the bid process performed by the Office of State Procurement (OSP). The contract is with Solutionz Conferencing, Inc., OSP contract number 4400010241. The existing Polycom Video Conferencing Equipment, OSP contract number 440003949 with Audio Visual Innovations, Inc., expires April 4, 2017. Please make sure agency personnel who are responsible for Polycom equipment and billing are aware of the new contract and have reviewed this information notice and referenced information.
Tandberg equipment previously procured from Tandberg contract 4400002601, which expired August 15, 2016, can now be procured from the Cisco Network Service Equipment contract, OSP contract number 4400003810.
All orders for video conferencing equipment shall be placed directly with the contractor. The contractor shall invoice agencies directly. All agencies shall be responsible for payment of their invoices.
