​The Office of Telecommunications Management recently rebid the Public Pay Telephone contract. The new contract is in place and is effective immediately.

Southern LA Communications, Inc. is the contractor for all eight regions. Listed below is the contract information.

Agency orders for this service do not require OTM approval and should be sent directly to the contractor. Refer to the OTM Catalog of Services for new pricing information.
