Visitors are to use garage signage instructions to make payments.
Failure to pay posted parking fees may result in additional fines, immobilization, or towing.

The LaSalle Garage is open 24/7/365, so no access badge is needed upon entry or exit.
The Galvez and Welcome Center Garages will require access badges to enter outside of regular business hours, weekends, and holidays.

There are multiple validation options. Agencies can only validate visitors for the same garage they use.
- The agency may enter a visitor’s vehicle license plate number in ParkLync as a one-day (12 hour) quick pass validation.
- The agency may enter a visitor’s vehicle license plate number in ParkLync as a multiple-day reservation validation.
- The visitor may use their phone to scan the agency’s QR code and input their own vehicle license plate number for a one-day (12 hour) validation.

Two (2); If any other vehicle is used, then the validation process should be followed.
- Backing into the parking space
- Vehicle is double parked (vehicle must be parked within pavement markings)
- Parking in a reserved parking space
- Parking in designated loading zone
- Full-size vehicle parking in a marked “Compact Cars Only” parking space
- Parking longer than posted time allowance
- Visitor not paying parking fee
- Visitor exceeding payment timeframe

The employee needs to inform the hotel upon check-in that since they are a state employee, their parking will be validated via the agency.
No, we are not the police. OSB and PCI manage the garages to accommodate the needs of our tenants while maintaining certain rules and procedures in the best interest of both tenant staffing and the Division of Administration (DOA). Should a police officer issue a ticket (i.e. - parking in a handicap space, parking in a fire zone, etc.) that is reported to OMV.
