Office of general services

The Office of General Services is comprised of two ancillary sections of the Division of Administration: the Louisiana Property Assistance Agency and the Louisiana Federal Property Assistance Agency. Both agencies are entirely funded by fees and self-generated revenues and have separate budgets. LPAA oversees the inventory and disposition of State-owned movable property, while LFPAA makes Federal surplus movable property available to its customers. Both agencies have separate management teams, and physical locations, due to Federal regulations requiring the two types of property be separated.
