Contractor Training & Certification
Contractors, employees and vendors requesting access to the state of Louisiana’s Information Systems must complete Internal Revenue Service and Cyber Security Training before access can be granted. All security awareness training, role-based security IT training and Cyber Security Training must be completed prior to beginning work which must then be repeated each subsequent year for recertification.

The above training materials apply to all contractors and vendors who do not have access to Louisiana Employees Online but provide technical support services to the state's information systems or data stored within them. The Contractor Training and Certification Agreement Form contains additional information; upon completing training, the form must be completed and emailed to OTS Information Security and Compliance.
