Disaster Recovery Action Plans
In order to access the disaster recovery Community Development Block Grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, LOCD must submit Action Plans and Action Plan Amendments to describe proposed programs and request use of funds.

The Proposed Master Action Plan in Response to Hurricane Francine is available for public comment from March 5 to April 4, 2025 at 5:00 PM.
